Reservations:

• We reserve on a first-come, first-served basis.
• A signed contract and 30% non-refundable deposit are required to finalize a reservation.
• Final payments are due no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of service.

The Buses:

• The interiors and exteriors have been repainted, the seats have been re-covered, and new stereo systems have been installed. Stereo is equipped with Bluetooth, so you or one of your guest can be the bus DJ! .
• There are two sizes of buses in our fleet. We have 43 – passenger buses. We also 52 – passenger buses with A/C. All our buses are white with red lettering.
• All of our vehicles are meticulously cleaned before/after each event, and a pre-trip inspection is done prior to every service to ensure the safety of our driver(s)/passengers.

Our Drivers:

All of our drivers are highly experienced. Average driver experience is 10+ years.
Every driver at Easy Riders has also received driver training from a state certified training program such as the Albemarle County Public Schools Transportation Division.
They are also friendly and ready to help in any way possible!!.

• We are licensed and fully insured to do business in the state of Virginia
• Our primary goal is to provide a safe, fun, and reliable service. In the event that our service is anything less than satisfactory, please contact us immediately to discuss a partial to full refund.
